Ducati released the Hypermotard 796 in 2010, as a brand new model.  It arrived two years following the success of its larger engine counterpart the Hypermotard 1100.  The 796 version has a power delivery that is much smoother and more usable.  It also has a lower seat height compared to the 1100 version and uses a wet clutch vs the 1100's dry clutch.  

The 800cc engine is widely used by Ducati in their Scrambler and Monster model lines.  It is very easy to enjoy the smooth expectable power delivery.  Powerful Brembo brakes provide tons of stopping power.

After we received this bike we performed a timing belt replacement and fitted new Pirelli Diablo Rosso II tires (installed after photos).

The bike is has been nicely upgraded with Speedymoto frame sliders, front axle sliders, and rear axle sliders.  It also has a nice fender eliminator from R&G.
