The Panigale 1299s has a dry weight of 361 pounds and is powered by a 1285cc Superquadro L-twin motor that produces 205 peak horsepower and 101 ft lb of torque. It has a suite of electronic features including Quickshifter up and down with autoblip, traction control, wheelie control and cornering abs.

This is the "S" version which gets the following upgrades.  First is the event based active electronic suspension from Ohlins. Next the bike gets forged Marchesini wheels, much stronger and lighter than the standard set.   The S also gets full LED headlights, a carbon fiber front fender and an electronic Ohlins steering damper.

This specific example has been upgraded with the full titanium Akrapovic race exhaust with ECU upmap.  This dramatically reduces the bike's overall weight, increases peak horsepower, and looks & sounds amazing.  Other upgrades include: Ducati Performance (DP) carbon fiber rear hugger, DP folding levers, DP carbon/kevlar clutch protector and DP carbon fiber tail tidy.
