The 2017 Ducati 1299 Superleggera is the ultimate version of the 1199/1299 Panigale series, and to this day it is the most powerful production two cylinder motorcycle in the world.
The bike is powered by a 1285cc L-twin Superquadro motor that produces 215 peak horsepower and 108 foot pounds of torque. It has sand cast cases, titanium connecting rods, increased lift camshafts, larger diameter titanium intake and exhaust valves, a lightweight fly wheel and a tungsten balanced lightweight crankshaft. The bike weighs only 344 pounds dry thanks to its full carbon fiber frame, swingarm, wheels and bodywork.
The 1299 Superleggera comes with a full Race Kit from Ducati. This includes a full titanium Akrapovic under tail (wheelbarrow style) exhaust with ECU Upmap giving the bike 220 peak horsepower, a racing tall windscreen, license plate delete kit, kickstand removal kit, mirror block off plates, front and rear paddock stands and a indoor dust cover.
This specific motorcycle was originally sold at Ducati Redmond in 2017. Additional carbon fiber parts were added to the bike including: carbon fiber upper fairing stay, carbon fiber kickstand and many carbon fiber trim pieces on the inner fairings, dash surround, key surround and battery compartment.
An integrated tail light from Competition Werkes has been installed along with a Competition Werkes fender eliminator. Evotech performance radiator guards are fitted.
The bike also has a matte PPF covering all of the leading edges of the bike. It has 259 miles from street riding only, no track use. The oil and hydraulic fluids have been changed twice, most recently in 2022.
Both original keys are included, along with stock parts.
